As you may already know, the GELD programme will shortly undergo its Final Evaluation. The objective of this evaluation is to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, likely impact and sustainability of the results achieved by GELD in the five host countries (Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Senegal) in order to inform the formulation of the Phase II of the programme.
The UNCDF Evaluation Unit is recruiting the two (2) posts below for this exercise.

Duty station: home based with missions to 3 out of the following countries: Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Senegal.
Closing date: 23 January 2013.
The evaluation is scheduled to take place from January until April 2013. This will encompass an Inception Phase (January 2013); a Mission phase (February-March 2013); and a Post-mission Phase (April 2013).
